You recently milled my XD-s .45 ACP 3.3-inch slide for a Holosun EPS Carry. With these sights work with my Holosun. That is, would I be able to get, say, a lower 1/3 co-witness between the iron sights and the optic?

Yes you can use standard height suppressor sights for a 1/3 co-witness. Currently we do not have plans to run more suppressor sights though.

Yes should fit like normal. I don't know where they will be in the lens for co witness but they will be much higher than stock is in the factory setup.

Bought a billet slide from dv8 for a xds 3.3 with a 507k cut will these sights work.on this set up

Without measuring the depth of the cut I don't know but if it is a standard .120 depth our suppressor sights should be what your looking for.
