I just bought an extended takedown lever for my DB 9. you don't have a video or any instructions as to how to install it?
Aug 10, 2023, 12:17Oddly enough we have never been asked for one. You should be able to compress the tension spring down and slide out the old one and slide in the new one. Be aware the spring tension is high and it will try to fly out once you remove the plate.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know there were 5 different versions of those sears. And that would be awesome. I have had 3 different DB9 triggers literally break off on me, one was around 50 rounds, the other 2 somewhere around 100-200. Hopefully your trigger will be made better im sure. They kept breaking in the same spot where the two little "ears" are made onto the trigger. Im guessing it was from the shock when firing, these two thin MIM "ears" couldnt take the force and broke at the weakest point.

Why would you shelf this flat face trigger?? Just like the Kahr Arms sear that you almost had in production years ago that was supposed to take up the pre travel and make for a shorter break. You say you are focusing on higher demand items, what??? The t shirts and the pin punches that you sell on here that I can buy at my local store or order a whole set on Amazon........ Dont get mad and upset at my question, you have the know how and the machinery to DO IT. So what if the demand isnt high for it, there are people that want it!
Mar 3, 2021, 11:14Simple demand is why. The demand was low. The kahr sear fell through due to finding out they have over 5 versions of the sear floating around so a drop in was not possible. We don't really sell many shirts but folks buy the tool kits to aid them in install of the products we sale. Our in house CNC mills and lathes stay moving. If I could get them in I would, I like the design it really wakes the little pistol up. Stay tuned, might be in the works with the new CNC mill ordered in to help our other two mills out.
