What is the length of this guide rod? Can it be used in the Zastava C999 compact?

That is shorter than the 226, more like a 229 but it appears shorter. Is it a dual rate spring setup or a single rate like the sig 226/229?

Does this rod work with the factory 22 calibre 226? I assume the 22 spring is puny compared to the centrefire springs, but hopefully the rod is compatible

We don't have a P226 22 cal in house. Brandyn is at Shot Show and will try to look at one at their booth tomorrow, but he's sure they have a different guide rod. I'll get back with you.
