After working with ISMI on a correct, functional spring kit upgrade we are proud to offer a true performance spring upgrade without the hang ups of the inferior imported springs offered by others. These new spring kits will reduce the pull weight and stacking pressure without the common issue of failure to reset or misfire that other spring kits suffer from so commonly. These springs will last and not corrode being made from High Quality Chrome Silicon not inferior music wire. These are made here in the US and developed here in the US by ISMI for the best performance possible with your LCP MAX. Our spring kits are made to last from actual High Quality Chrome Silicon and not inferior Music Wire like other kits on the market. Made to our specs from ISMI, a leader in spring manufacturing for Formula One as well as the firearm industry.
LCP MAX Hammer Spring stock is 10 lb and ours has been reduced to 7 lb.
LCP MAX Trigger Return Spring has been increased by 20%.
LCP MAX Firing Pin Spring stock is 6 lb and our has been reduced to 2 lb.

Will the spring kit work with the factory trigger?

Would the spring kit along with the trigger reduce the noise for when you pull it? The stock when you pull the trigger, empty as a test. You hear an echo. Would this go away?

I ordered the performance spring kit for my lcp max but when I got it the bag it came in said lcp max reduced power spring kit. Is it different?also what makes it perform better when it is reduced?
Sorry for the dumb questionSep 7, 2023, 13:53That is the spring kit we offer yes. Reducing the springs allow a better trigger pull, reduced effort basically to work the trigger, with our trigger and springs you get the best reliable setup possible.

Aug 23, 2023, 09:05The pistol models are listed with their respective spring kits, the LCP2 and the LCP max are different pistols and use different spring kits, you need to select the model you have. There is not a LCP 2 MAX model, it is one or the other. The max is a double stack magazine for easy reference.

Jason McDermottOct 7, 2023, 00:37I took some memory foam (pillow stuffing) and stuffed it into the hammer spring tunnel to eliminate the “bing” noise vibration when it is dry fired and it worked perfectly. I replaced the recoil spring, the hammer spring, trigger reset spring, firing pin spring and magazine spring all from Galloway Precision. I installed them all into my new LCP Max Elite, because I want it maxed out. I didnt replace the Elite trigger. The trigger pull is around 3-4lbs now and the recoil spring feels stronger. I’ll take it to the range soon.
