How many degrees will make this grip stick where it won’t melt off in the sun on a hot day? I have a hair dryer but am considering buying a heat gun to make sure this is installed perfect.
Aug 22, 2023, 09:14I am going to point you to traction grips for that info, I've never been asked for a temp on them. I always use a hair dryer to heat the grip to a warm touch after cleaning the grip with alcohol and air drying.

Can it be removed without damaging the surface of the Ruger plastic grip? In other words, returning the gun to stock condition. I understand that the Galloway grip material would be destroyed
Dec 27, 2022, 11:11Yes, a little heat from a hair dryer and you can peel it back off, clean it with some rubbing alcohol to remove any left over sticky.
