SR9®, SR9E®, and SR40® Competition / Carry Pack

We've taken all of our most popular weight springs, our tried and true stainless steel guide rod, and we've made the ultimate carry/competition package. 18lb, 20lb, and 22lb, springs let you change how the pistol handles by slowing the recoil impulse and making the pistol much more comfortable to shoot reducing felt recoil and muzzle rise.

Pack includes; 18lb, 20lb, and 22lb Recoil Springs, Stainless Steel Guide Rod, Washer, and your choice of Stainless or Black Retainer.

Add weight to reduce muzzle flip and decrease follow up shot time of your SR9, SR40, and SR9E series with our Assembled Stainless Steel Guide Rod. Also allows use of different spring rates to tune the pistol to your needs and handloads. The flat wound springs are made for us by ISMI, a leader in the spring market here in the U.S.A, to our specifications. Made on the same machines that make springs for Formula 1 and IndyCar race cars, made exclusively with aerospace specification alloys. Made from Chrome Silicon Spring Wire, the only choice for a longer lasting, more enjoyable shooting experience verses inferior Music Wire springs.

-SR9 factory spring is 18lb.
-SR40 factory spring was 22lb up to December 2010, Dec 2010.

The full size pistols both now ship with 18lb.

Use Blue Locktite or Vibra-Tite VC-3 on the Retainer Screw when assembling your RSA.

Fits Ruger® SR9®, SR40® and SR9E® series pistols.

    Do these springs need trimming to length, they seem pretty long and are difficult to compress?

    No, they are application specific and not altered for use.
