The Jefe has a flat face for a better positioning of the trigger finger and a built in over travel stop at the back of the trigger for a much shorter overall trigger pull length. We strive to make all parts we manufacture to be drop in, although there is the rare occasion where a part will HAVE to be fitted to the tolerances of your particular pistol. We cannot control the tolerances of mass produced firearms, therefore we highly suggest that if you run into a tolerance issue to contact us at tech@gallowayprecision.com before taking it to a qualified armorer to fit the part. We also offer installation of all triggers, trigger kits, and parts that we make for a nominal fee.

Do this FIT a Canik tp9da? I’m askin this question to be 100% positive before I order. I made this mistake a time or two already… how much of a pull is needed when using this specific trigger?

I am thinking about purchasing the Jefe Short Stroke Trigger for my Canik TP9DA pistol. The stock trigger has a built-in safety, but watching your video, it looks like the built-in safety is eliminated with the installation of the Jefe Short Stroke Trigger. Is my observation correct?
Aug 25, 2022, 10:46No we offer the safety blade for the models that have it. The one with out the blade is for models that do not have the blade in stock form. Take a look at the model listings for a break down of each trigger that supports the trigger we offer for the different models.
