Made from aircraft grade aluminum and then hard anodized to mil spec for longevity and scratch resistance, this is the optic mount that you need to bring your TP9 to the next level. will it fit the mecanik mo1 mo2 or mo3 sight from canik it uses rmr footprint but its not listed under the sights you listed

If it uses the rmr/507c pattern then it will fit but we have not had one in to check.

Will this plate fit my Combat Elite?

It only works with the Elite SC model, the full size is different and the plate will not support the full size.

Not stock sights no, you would need suppressor sights.

The plate will support the c optics yes, it is for the RMR and clones that use it's pattern and footprint.
