I purchased an aluminum flat face trigger for my Keltec sub 2k and the pre travel set screw is not long enough to get the pre travel out enough. What size and pitch is the set screw? I am going to get a longer one here local. Thanks for a great product , I love the trigger!

It is a 4-40 set screw, if you need a longer screw we can send it out, no problem, we have them in 3/8 and 1/2 lengths to send out. Just reach out to tech@gallowayprecision.com with your order number for the shipping info to get some headed out.

What is the difference between your original Asger (spelling?) and your new Asger Plus trigger? Is it different material, different pre and/or post travel distances, etc.?

Different material in that these are aluminum and the older version is Carbon fiber nylon. The pre and post travel are controlled by the fire control tolerance stack out and vary weapon to weapon as a result. The trigger has nothing to do with travel to break and reset. It only removes the pre and post travel not needed. Travel for work of the fire control is set by the fire control components.

Can you share the stock trigger travel distance pre and post and then share the difference for this trigger when maximized for reduced pre and post travel? Most other triggers have this listed on their website so you know the distance reduction.

That varies depending on the tolerance stack out of the components of each rifle. They will not all be the same so they all do not have the same reduction when adjusted. The trigger doesn't alter work travel (break and reset are fixed amounts by the fire control), it removes the excess pre and post travel in the weapon it is installed in so it will vary and trying to give exact numbers isn't relative as each has a different fire control stack out.

Does this trigger reduce pull weight as well as reducing travel?

Triggers do not alter pull weight, the improve staging or leverage or remove pre/post travel for better interaction. Pull rate is related to the fire control, its springs, sear striker/hammer engagement etc.
