SAR USA SAR9 +3 Magazine Extension

You've asked and now we're answering. Introducing our newest +3 magazine extension for the SAR9 pistol series. Made from carbon fiber reinforced nylon, this economical mag extension is no slouch in the engineering department, with the material being one and half times stronger than aluminum. The extension adds three rounds making the pistol a 20+1 now. Get yours today!

Includes a cap head screw at the rear for retention. Remove the cap head screw from the top, install the extension, then replace the cap head screw turning it clockwise until flush to keep the extension from sliding forward on the mag tube. Use a 3/32 allen wrench to make the adjustments.

Magazine not included.

Now includes a new locking plate for those mags that come from the factory with a rectangular hole for the locking plate.

    Does this extension have a circle or square hole for the locking plate? My SAR 9 Mete mag has a square locking hole. Would this work?

    It includes a new spring pad that works with it to remove needing to reuse the stock pad.

    Sar USA does make a 19 rd mag for the Sar 9. Will you guys test the +2 and + 3 extensions for the 19 rd mag as well?

    I am looking in to getting a few of the round extenders, but believe I have a weak spring. What would you recommend for a replacement MAG spring?

    Currently there are no spring options for the mag. What makes you think the spring is weak?

    Does this only fit the 17 round mag to make it 20, or can this fit the 19 round mag to make it 22?

    We have only worked with and tested the stock mag included with the pistols. We have not worked with any of the pro mag mags out there.

    Love these extensions. They are a little wider than the frame FYI. A couple of minor blemishes but that’s to be expected for 3D printing. Highly recommended.

    At first I was hesitant about getting this extension for my SAR 9 Mete, but have to say definitely made the right decision on this purchase! Price point was great delivery was fast and installation was cake. Time to order another one. Definitely recommend 👌🏼
