Introducing the 2nd generation of the Optic Mount Plate for the SR22® series of pistols. Made from aircraft grade aluminum and then hard anodized to mil spec for longevity and scratch resistance, this is the optic mount that you need to bring your SR22® to the next level. Now available in Black or Red anodized finish. This no gunsmithing required mounting plate is designed to replace your rear sight, no milling of the slide required.

Hello. Don't care for the red color and it looks like the black ones have been out of stock for a long time. I need something now. Would a black Sharpie cover up the red? My understanding is Sharpies use a Permchrome ink. Alcohol base. Or do you recommend any other method for changing the color like gun bluing?
Apr 16, 2024, 08:57Sharpie will not stick to the anodizing. I would say you can media blast it then use cera kote or similar to coat it black. Or some kind of aluminum primer then use a quality spray paint and bake it at 250. I would not paint the dovetail on the bottom to prevent fit issues from paint.

Any update on when the black sr22 mount plate will back in stock ? February 1st was my first inquiry but no actual date has been given on when it will be back for powder coat.

Mar 28, 2024, 08:36We list optics that fit the plate in the listing for easy reference. If it is not listed it will not fit. We have more plates running off our cnc mills shortly and should have them back from anodizing a week or so after we complete the run.

will this mount fit a Riton red dot optic?
Mar 27, 2024, 16:51The listing has 40 optics to pick from for easy reference of what fits. Some Riton optics fit depending on the model as they have different mounting mounting patterns. If it isn't listed it doesn't fit.

Major NavarroAug 20, 2021, 12:04I order this mount for my SR 22 hoping it would fit tight and withstand the slide articulation force. Some reviewer complained about it not fitting tight. It was as tight as the factory sight. Perfect was the objective and perfection was achieved. Good on you all for making this part, you cannot mill the slide SR 22 Slide for an RMR.
