It would be nice if Galloway just made their own installation video and put it on their website. If they have another video, put the link with the timestamp in the ad description. Takes under 10 minutes so there's no excuse not to do it especially if another person has complained about it before.
Jan 19, 2024, 09:35The springs or trigger video gets the chassis out, you just pull the mag catch spring out and install the new one once the chassis is out of the grip frame. I can put one together if needed just hasn't been much interest for it.

I really need an install video
Aug 8, 2023, 07:29The trigger install video shows the chassis removal from the grip frame. Once the chassis is out you can slide the spring over at the top out of the groove and remove it. Install the new one and reverse disassembly.

JohnSep 28, 2024, 20:04I ordered this extra strength magazine spring to stop my Ruger LCP Max from intermittently dropping the magazine during firing strings. Apparently my thumb is touching the magazine release under rapid strings of fire.
I’m not changing anything about my shooting grip like some suggest, so I looked into this extra strength spring to overcome the flaw in the standard design.
I installed it in a few minutes (same as a Glock) and to my delight, it was much stronger. Thanks to the engineering of Galloway Precision, the pistol now works as it should and does not launch the magazine under firing conditions.
5 Plus stars, don’t hesitate to buy one if you have this problem and please don’t change your grip or reverse the location of the magazine as some would suggest.
Taking that advice will ruin all the muscle memory you’ve developed training over the years. Please try this before you give up on this pistol. I highly recommend it. -
Tom FeroneOct 17, 2023, 10:10This is a great idea! I have dropped a magazine a few times or found the magazine loose in the gun. Easy to install and I can feel the difference. Thank you for offering this part!
