Fantastic Kit. The rocket trigger alone was a game changer for my SR9C. It significantly reduced the trigger poundage and completely removed any over-travel from each trigger pull.
The video walkthrough in the description section was also incredibly helpful. I have very little gunsmithing experience but was able to install this kit after watching just your instructional video.
    Great job.

Bought the ultimate kit 5 and installed it on the SR45. The Rocket 3.5 needed several micrometers of milling, however the return on investment of time was well worth it. This new and improved Ruger shoots like a Racehorse. Extremely smooth and rapid while staying on target. Could not be happier with end result. I only wish Galloway would make a kit for my SD40VE....

Had put Ghost "Ultimate" connectors in an SR9 & SR45 previously. My nephew has a 9E and he asked if I could put a kit in for him. I recommended Kit 5 to get the "Rocket" connector with the TCT. First off, the stainless steel striker indicator and the striker safety plunger w/spring most definitely helps smooth the trigger pull. Clearly superior to the factory parts. I've seen some complaints online about the Rocket with fitting the TCT for an overtravel stop. Doesn't matter which connector you buy and install, if the trigger bar lifter spring does not get reinstalled properly, you're gonna have problems.. Tolerances are different for different models, but I took off just a tad less than the 1/32" per the instructions. Wasn't quite short enough, but looking at where it stopped the trigger bar gave me a very good idea about how much more to file off the TCT. Worked out very well and I managed to get as close as likely possible. No over-travel whatsoever and a shorter reset is part of the bargain. Had him add a Galloway 20# spring and stainless guide for 9mm +P loads and I believe that his 9E is now as good as it can be.

Just ordered and hoping to install next week if the shipping is inside a week. If 3 day maybe possibly this weekend! Excited for the Stainless parts I ordered as well.. guide rod, striker indicator and pin set. Just curious if this will shorten the reset and trigger pull ? Also does it prevent over travel ?

Just installed the $48 kit with the heavier striker spring and ohhh man,the pull is way smoother than before.
There absoloutely no grind or rattle when the striker is engaged.
Its smoother all the way past the wall and through the break.
    Recommend 1000 percent.

I used kit 5. After install I’m averaging 3 lb 11.6 oz on trigger pull for my Ruger sr 45. Before it was 6 or 7 lb range, sorry can’t remember. Extremely pleased, very crisp break and reset, like a completely different pistol. Also did recoil guide rod assembly and heavy striker spring. I have no problem leaving negative reviews, but this was nice upgrade for pistol. I used dremel tool to adjust

I installed the smooth trigger kit and the Ghost Rocket 3.5. I love it! the SR9c is much smoother now, and the trigger reset is much much shorter.

I used a Dremel with a grinding stone to shorten the trigger control tab (TCT) a little at a time. Before I started, I used my caliper to measure the trigger control tab. The width of the TCT was .320" new. So, I started taking .001" - .002" at a time until trigger would fall. Yes that means a lot of disassembly and reassembly, but it's worth the time. The first time the trigger fell, the TCT width was down to .289", so that means I took .031" off. The trigger was still tight, so I took it down another .001" to .288". Trigger fall is consistent, and reset is very short. I can't wait to try it out on the range!

got home and the smooth it kit was here, I had already installed the ultimate trigger reset and #20 guide rod from Galloway precision. well I got to send about 30 rounds down range and it is a totally different ruger now.it is what the ruger should have been out of the box . I still need to get the heavy striker spring but I am working a week at a time on upgrades. the sr40 is now the best shooting 40 I have ever owned or shot. if you are wanting to upgrade one you will not go wrong with these upgrades, plus the fact they aren't that hard to do. you are right on track and a big thanks to Galloway Precision. it made a 300.00 pistol shoot and feel like a 600.00 pistol. looking forward to the Taurus pt140g2 upgrades. just watch the master at work videos a few times and go for it.
