Introducing the Optic Mount Plate for SAR9 Gen 1 and Gen 2 pistols. Made from aircraft grade aluminum and then hard anodized to mil spec for longevity and scratch resistance, this is the optic mount that you need to bring your SAR9 to the next level. Now available in Black or Red anodized finish. This no gunsmithing required mounting plate is designed to replace your rear sight, no milling of the slide required.

Listing is for one Optic Mount Plate, two 6-32 x 5/16 Hex Flat Head Cap Screws, two 6-32 x 3/8 Hex Button Head Cap Screws, and one 8-32 x 3/16 set screw. *** Optic NOT included ***

*** For the installation of your optic, Blue Locktite is required. Do NOT use the metric screws that came with your optic to secure your optic to the new mount plate. Please use the screws provided with our optic plate. The 8/32 x 3/16 set screw is for the center hole to secure the mount plate to your slide. ***

Fits the SAR USA SAR9, SAR9 C, SAR9 METE, and SAR9 X, Gen 1 and Gen 2 Pistols only. Sorry, will not fit other SAR 9mm or the new SAR9 Gen 3 Pistols.

Looks like a normal SAR9 to me in the pictures and the listing doesn't say it is anything unusual so I would assume it is a standard SAR9 just the older version rather than the newer Gen 2 or 3.

It will swap with the rear sight on the X according to customer feedback, we haven't tried it in house yet however.

It is the same slide as the standard Sar9c but with lightening cuts. The SAR9 plate we offer for both the SAR9c and SAR9 will work.

This plate fits great with a Holosun 507k. Been on a SAR9 for nearly a year now without any issues. At time of purchase, it was the only plate option for the SAR9 available.

Fantastic.

The standard Sar9 has very limited options in terms of milling and Optic choice as of writing. This is by far worth every penny. Having mounted it and placing a Burris Fastfire III on when paired with their Short Stroke Trigger the gun feels significantly better than factory.
Incredibly easy to mount and install.

Here is a link to an image of what you can expect the gun to look like after, ignore the dumb tacticool laser flashlight mount, I take it off and use it as a laser pointer most of the time.
