Stainless Recoil Spring Assembly for SAR USA SAR9 Compact Pistols

Add weight to reduce muzzle flip and decrease follow up shot time of your SAR USA SAR9 C with our Assembled Stainless Steel Guide Rod. Also allows use of different spring rates to tune the pistol to your needs and handloads. Our Recoil Springs are made for us by ISMI, a leader in the spring market here in the U.S.A, to our specifications. Made on the same machines that make springs for Formula 1 and IndyCar race cars, made exclusively with aerospace specification alloys. Made from Chrome Silicon Spring Wire, the only choice for a longer lasting, more enjoyable shooting experience verses inferior Music Wire springs. These are polished and assembled with Loctite to your needs. Pick spring rate and retainer screw finish (polished stainless or blacked tool steel) and we'll assemble it as requested.

Will they make more Sar9 compact guide rod assembly in 14 lb. My ome isn't working well. My slide isn't staying open when the last round is fired and the ammo is jamming and not cycling correctly

Going lower in rate isn't going to help with slide lock function. The lower rate is for sub sonic ammo with less pressure. Slide lock issues are generally grip related with a thumb resting on the lock so handing the weapon off to other shooters will help see if the issue with the slide lock and jamming the slide at feeding is grip related.

Just got a sar9 socom compact with threaded barrel and regular compact 4 inch barrel. 200 rounds on each barrel with 115 gr. was a disaster. Firearm failed to eject at least 10 empty casings and they got stuck between halfway. I don’t know the factory specs on the spring but should i go with 18lbs? And would this item fit sar9 socom COMPACT?

It should fit as long as it is a compact model. I would try some 124 grain as it is typically higher pressure ammo and it may be sprung different than the standard compact. The failure to extract and eject suggests low pressure ammo or weak grip. A tight chamber can also be a cause typically if your trying to use steel cased. If you want to try a lower rate spring I would suggest going lower than stock and try our 16 or 14 as the standard model is 16 and tends to cycle 115 reasonable well provided the 115 is in the 9x19 pressure range.

Will this fit the new SAR 9 subcompact gen2? Want to order the 14lb spring to run a micro comp. Just not sure if the stock spring will cycle efficiently with a light weight 2 port micro compensator.

Yes this is for compact. We haven not had or heard of a gen 2 version but they are constantly changing parts in the SAR line for some reason.
