Bodyguard 380 and M&P 380 +1 Full Grip Magazine Extension
+1 pinky extension, adds 1 round to your stock mags and a pinky rest for full grip front to back. Your stock 6 rounder becomes a 7 rounder (Does not include factory mag). Made from carbon fiber reinforced nylon, this economical mag extension is no slouch in the engineering department, with the material being one and half times stronger than aluminum. Not only does the extension add one round, it also makes a nice space for your pinky to rest and full back strap for a better grip. Get yours today!
Includes a cap head screw for retention on the bottom front for the front cap. Remove the factory base plate. Replace mag spring with the new spring (double check spring orientation). Place the new spring pad under the new mag spring and push upward into the mag tube. Once flush with the bottom of the mag tube, hold with a finger or thumb while sliding the extension on the mag shoulders until the extension is fully seated. Place the front cap in place and tighten the cap head screw from the bottom with a 3/32nd allen wrench until snugged up.

Recently purchased full plus 1 pinky ext, but design is different than the one i received a couple years back. The one i just got has a little door, and you dont have a video or any instructions for it. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
Dec 22, 2022, 10:11You compress the spring up like normal and slide the extension on from the back. Then insert the front retainer part and screw the screw in from the bottom to lock the retainer insert in place to capture the mag body to the extension.

Cliff HApr 12, 2023, 11:59A fantastic upgrade! I have medium-sized hands, and this mag extension is just long enough to fit my pinky. Besides adding 1+ rounds, it is also shorter than most mag extensions that don't add capacity. That makes concealment even easier. It seems a bit pricey but for serious carry it is well worth it for the extra round and less height.

Nice addition to the Bodyguard 380 which is a very small pistol with a very small grip. The extension increases grip area, and the plus 1 round was nice too! Easy to install, but watch the video below, as at first I missed the set screw. Don’t want to forget that! Don’t want your mags falling apart while shooting or manipulating the firearm.

Like other style had to fight spring for a min to seat correctly and not bind but was just a matter od loading and unloading a handful of times. Love the way it sits in comparison to other design.
