Introducing the Optic Mount Plate for 380 EZ pistols. Made from aircraft grade aluminum and then hard anodized to mil spec for longevity and scratch resistance, this is the optic mount that you need to bring your EZ to the next level. Now available in Black or Red anodized finish. This no gunsmithing required mounting plate is designed to replace your rear sight, no milling of the slide required.

Listing is for the Optic Mount Plate and two 6-32 x 5/16 Hex Flat Head Cap Screws, two 6-32 x 1/2 Hex Flat Head Cap Screws, two 6-32 x 3/8 Hex Button Head Cap Screws. *** Optic NOT included ***
*** For the installation of your optic, Blue Locktite is required. The original rear sight mounting screw is reused from underneath the slide, same as factory. Do not use the metric screws that came with your optic, we provide both Button Head Cap screws and Flat Head Cap screws in the correct thread size for our Optic Mount Plate to mount your optic to our plate. Screw head type selection is determined by the type needed for your particular optic. ***

We strive to make all parts we manufacture to be drop in, although there is the rare occasion where a part will HAVE to be fitted to the tolerances of your particular pistol. We cannot control the tolerances of mass produced firearms, therefore we highly suggest that if you run into a tolerance issue to contact us at tech@gallowayprecision.com before taking it to a qualified armorer to fit the part. We also offer installation of all triggers, trigger kits, and parts that we make for a nominal fee.

I have a RomeoZero-Elite optic to go on a M&P 380 Shield EZ M2.0, will this adapter fit both?

Will this accommodate the Cyelee Wolf2 optic? The optic is intended for people with astigmatism and i would like to try it out. Thank you!
Nov 19, 2024, 09:50No that is a wide RMR pattern not supported by the plate. All optics will help folks with that issue due to the looking past the dot so the focal plane is past it, look for any 3-5MOA dot size. We list over 40 optics that mount to the plate for easy reference.

Will I need a sight press to fit this plate on my S&W Shield 380 EZ?
Apr 22, 2024, 09:20The plates are all checked a 100% for snug fit on a nominal slide cut. If your slide has a big cut it will not be tight and staking of it is needed, if it is small it may need filing to fit. Generally they press in with light pressure on most slides though.

What torque value would you recommend for mounting optics plate to a 380 shield ez
