This kit includes a balanced spring reduction kit to safely and correctly pull your trigger pull down to a comfortable useable 3.5-4.5-5.5 pound range with reliable ignition of standard primers. The kit includes the MUCH NEEDED updated sear spring for the Sigma VE model, by reducing the sear spring we balance the pull out correctly across the trigger/ignition system. Our spring kits are made to last from actual High Quality Chrome Silicon and not inferior Music Wire like other kits on the market. Made to our specs from ISMI, a leader in spring manufacturing for Formula One as well as the firearm industry.

Can i use a different spring kit for my 9mm sigma with your short stroke trigger?
Nov 6, 2023, 10:40We offer our own spring kit that works extremely well and we recommend it as a result. The trigger will not care what springs are used provided they are balanced and allow for reset correctly.

Feb 6, 2023, 14:19We have only tested in the 9mm sigma line, should be the same but we have not had one to test in due to the time out of production getting one to test is not easy.

I know this will fit the VE models because i put one in my SD9VE but will it fit the original Sigma models?
Dec 27, 2022, 11:40It fits the polymer versions of the sigma that was later rebadged the SW9VE. The SD line has a different sear spring setup but is otherwise the same.

John PoundsSep 23, 2020, 11:14I haven't shot it yet but just in dry fire I can tell that it is so much better. There are four springs to this kit and Eric only coverred two of the four in his install video. You have to got to the SD model video for one of the other two. The 4th I had to go to a third party Youtube video. Frustrating considering that this is the 1st pistol that I have ever changed springs and it took wat too long due to the lack of video content. But all in all I believe this will be a fantastic upgrade to a gun that was difficult to shoot.Galloway PrecisionSep 24, 2020, 10:17Unfortunately the Sigma has been out of production so long that we no longer have a complete pistol in order to update our installation video.
