Shipping Info
Parts only shipping info: Read below completely
We ship to the United States and it's territories only.
Website orders: All orders shipped on the next business day via US postal service, in most cases delivered in 3-5 days in the continental US. All orders include tracking info sent via email to the supplied email at checkout online. Return shipping: If returning an item for refund or exchange please include all your contact info, purchase copy and reason for return. Our return policy is at the bottom of every product web page for reference. International shipping: We do not ship outside the USA due to ITAR restrictions, orders placed with shipping addresses outside the USA will be cancelled and refunds performed.
PLEASE NOTE: Galloway Precision has no control of your order after it is shipped. If you have questions about tracking information and/or delivery delays, you should contact your local post office. Orders shipped US Mail can be tracked at www.usps.com. Orders shipped by US Mail often take longer than times advertised by USPS. Please allow at least 10 days for delivery by US Mail including Priority Mail.
We offer free shipping on the first attempt only. If you enter the incorrect address at checkout, the package leaves our facility, and then needs to be reshipped, we will charge the current USPS shipping rate to reship. In addition, any package needing to be reshipped that USPS has marked "Delivered" to your address, is subject to the current USPS shipping rate.
Firearms shipping: Read below completely
Customer shipped complete pistols: Customer to Galloway Precision (FFL): We do in house work on your firearms, it requires you to ship via ATF regulations if you are personally shipping to us. This requires a copy of our FFL papers sent to you for shipping, ATF regulations require air service via private carrier, we suggest and use FedEx only. You must present the copy of our FFL when you declare it. Return shipping cost is applied to your order once it is headed back after work is completed, you will be contacted via email when it is ready, it MUST be returned to you the same way. Please email jaime@gallowayprecision.com for complete shipping instructions. Please follow the shipping info included when you send the pistol in.
FFL to Galloway Precision(FFL): If your shipping via FFL they will need a copy of our FFL supplied once we send it after we contact you we are ready to take it in. This is the cheapest option as a FFL can use the USPS to ship much cheaper than air service if you ship directly to us. Please follow the shipping info included when you send the pistol in.
Frame only: is no longer allowed due to changes in Fed ex shipping policy and we do not take partial pistols.
In house work is covered for related repairs to our work for 1 year from return date and is void if the pistol has been apart by anyone else or high pressure ammo or reloads have been used.
The order form will need to be filled out completely and returned with your firearm for any In House Work. See the In House page for all the In House work info.
