We've taken all of our most popular weight springs, our tried and true stainless steel guide rod, and we've made the ultimate carry/competition package. 20lb, 22lb, and 24lb recoil springs let you change how the pistol handles by slowing the recoil impulse and making the pistol much more comfortable to shoot reducing felt recoil and muzzle rise.

Pack includes; 20lb, 22lb, and 24lb Recoil Springs, Stainless Steel Guide Rod, Stainless Washer, and your choice of Stainless Steel or Black Oxide Billet Steel Retainer.

Made in the US, OEM grade springs with US made stainless steel guide rod. The flat wound springs are made for us by ISMI, a leader in the spring market here in the U.S.A, to our specifications. Made on the same machines that make springs for Formula 1 and IndyCar race cars, made exclusively with aerospace specification alloys. Made from Chrome Silicon Spring Wire, the only choice for a longer lasting, more enjoyable shooting experience verses inferior Music Wire springs. Choose your spring rate, stock is 19.1lb. *** We have seen recent models shipping with a lighter 17lb recoil spring. ***

Use Blue Locktite or Vibra-Tite VC-3 on the Retainer Screw when assembling your RSA.

I am using 145 gr, at a 127 pf, wouldn't I want to go to a lighter recoil spring? I am getting some FTEs with the stock spring. If so, do you have any lighter recoil springs.

Going lighter is not an option with these due to the high striker rate used. I would suggest swapping ammo brands, if it continues hand it off and see if it continues to struggle with it via a different shooter. If it does I would contact canik about it. If it does not I would work on grip and trigger press as that can create stroke issues on recoil that cause feed issues. Generally feed issues are just related to ammo though.

What is the weight of the steel rod? Just looking to add a little to help with recoil (besides the springs) and was curious what the difference was from the stock guide rod.

Purchased the competition pack for my Canik TP9SFx but the guide rod itlself is too short. It doesn't sit in the same spot on the barrel notch as the OEM guide rod....again, its too short. Is there a different rod I need??
