+1 pinky extension, adds 1 round to your stock mags and a pinky rest for full grip. Your stock 6 rounder becomes a 7 rounder (Does not include factory mag). Made from carbon fiber reinforced nylon, this economical mag extension is no slouch in the engineering department, with the material being one and half times stronger than aluminum. Not only does the extension add one round, it also makes a nice space for your pinky to rest for a better grip. Get yours today!

Includes a set screw on the top rear for retention. Back the set screw out enough to clear the mag tube shoulder channel on the extension. Install the extension, then turn the set screw clockwise until it blocks the shoulder of the magazine body to keep the extension from sliding forward. There is no need to over-tighten the set screw, it is only used to block the mag tube from sliding backward and should be flush with the top of the extension. Use a .050 allen wrench to make the adjustments.

How much length does this add to the bottom of the magazine? I am needing 1 1/4" to 1 1/8" more length, or considering getting a different model. Thanks.

It only adds around 5/8 of an inch to the length. Not what your needing sorry.

What is the difference in this one and the other plus 1 extension for a bodyguard 380 that you have. I see a slight visual difference on the side is that the only thing?

One is full grip and the other is just the extension without the back part to complete the grip.

Very nice set up. Much better than their "magguts" I used several years ago. Magguts used two different springs with a smaller gauge wire, which lost tension after a year or so and caused FTF. The spring in this kit if from a heavier gauge wire an seems more hearty.

I have several tips: Make sure the Allen screw is screwed all the way flush. If it is not, the magazine might not cause the slide to lock open on the last round. Go ahead and get the Allen wrench when you buy the kit. It's ball-ended and works very well.

The other tip is really more of a personal thing. The base plate is very sharp-edged. I went over the edges with my wife's emery board and rounded everything off. It might decrease the wear and tear on the pocket of my pants.
