Due to popular demand we have brought the Solomon Kit back into production. With our new Solomon trigger with the pre-travel stop built into the trigger, over-travel adjustment, and a flat face for a better feel. All of the springs remain the same so that you still get the pull weight reduction as well. You can't go wrong with our new Solomon Short Stroke Trigger Kit, get yours today!
-This complete trigger kit includes the Galloway Precision reduced power hammer spring, reduced power blocker spring, reduced power lifter spring, reduced power firing pin return spring, along with the all new Solomon short stroke trigger.
-Our spring kits are made to last from actual High Quality Chrome Silicon and not inferior Music Wire like other kits on the market. Made to our specs from ISMI, a leader in spring manufacturing for Formula One as well as the firearm industry.
-This will create, when correctly installed, a lighter by 1.5 lb trigger pull that has a 15% to 20% shorter than stock trigger pull length and reset, dependent on your pistols tolerances. The break is still at the rear of travel.
-All parts must be installed to get the correct performance and the use of the Solomon trigger does require removal of the mag disconnect spring and plate.
Be aware on older 320 and 321 prefixes we are seeing the trigger cross pin (2 on parts diagram) is undersized and or worn and will need to be replaced to correct erratic disconnect issues. This part is available directly from Ruger via shopruger.com
We strive to make all parts we manufacture to be drop in, although there is the rare occasion where a part will HAVE to be fitted to the tolerances of your particular pistol. We cannot control the tolerances of mass produced firearms, therefore we highly suggest that if you run into a tolerance issue to contact us at tech@gallowayprecision.com before taking it to a qualified armorer to fit the part. We also offer installation of all triggers, trigger kits, and parts that we make for a nominal fee.

After installing the LC9 SS trigger kit my trigger reset quit functioning. Any suggestions?
Mar 4, 2024, 09:08Adjust the pre travel screw in till it resets, you have to fully cycle the slide to cock the hammer to half cock to allow reset to occur also.

After installing the LC9 trigger using the excellent video, the loaded chamber indicator doesn’t move freely, which I am afraid will affect the feeding. Is this actually a problem and could the pin have gotten bent during the installation?
Dec 6, 2023, 10:22The trigger itself doesn't affect the LCI but if you did not seat the LCI spring correctly when reinstalling the firing pin retaining pin you will get a stuck LCI. That would be my guess and where I would start checking. The rounds will not load if the LCI is stuck so it will need to be addressed before use.

Antonio ReyesJan 14, 2023, 15:12Let me start by saying thank you GP. You guys created a bad ass trigger for the LC380. I love the shorter stroke pull compared to the factory loooong trigger pull. This kit brought my trigger pull weight from 5 lbs. down to 3 lbs. and some change. Doesn’t get any better than that. I just wish there was different color options for the trigger, BUT that is by no means a decision maker that’ll stop me from purchasing another Solomon short stroke trigger kit.

Raphael RomanJan 4, 2023, 00:08looks good, feels better and works great Wouldn't work right away after installation, but Galloway reached out really fast and showed me the perfect solution. All it took was a little filing on the trigger pretravel spacer bump, since my frame is a bit tight.

Cyrus CornellAug 20, 2021, 14:14Placed in the LC9 trying to shorten the 1.25" trigger rest to break distance. Brought it down to 0.875" travel with no post travel. Tigger weight was an average of 5.85 on the stock trigger the down to 4.95 after install. Customer was happy with changes all the way around. Will recommend to other customers.
