M&P 9 Shield EZ +1 Magazine Extension

You've asked and now we're answering. Introducing our newest +1 magazine extension for 9 Shield EZ pistols. Made from carbon fiber reinforced nylon, this economical mag extension is no slouch in the engineering department, with the material being one and half times stronger than aluminum. Not only does the extension add one round to your 9mm Shield magazine, it also makes a nice space for your pinky to rest for a better grip. Get yours today!

Includes a cap head screw at the front bottom for retention. Slide the extension on the mag tube with the mag spring and floor plate compressed in the tube, once fully seated insert the top retainer from the front and tighten the cap head screw from the bottom until the top retainer is secured. Use a 3/32nd allen wrench to make the adjustments.

*** Our extension deletes the thumb drive lever and will disable the slide lock lever on last shot. To fit the extra round the follower needs to travel more than stock travel, so the thumb loader/slide lock lever has to be removed to allow this.

    I would really like to know if the plus 1 9mm base plate fits in the 30 super carry ez model also? Is their any ppl or u guys know forsure if it does since u said some customers are saying it fits?

    This listing part will not work with a regular Shield, it is for use with the 9 EZ shield pistol. We offer a Shield extension for the standard shield in a different listing.

    When will someone make an actual extended mag for the Shield EZ’s?
    I have simple videos on YouTube as well of the Shield EZ9 & it’s seen well over 20k views. So it’s worth making to an extent, & id be willing to pay $70 for say a +15? I have a lot of fun with the shield and when I bring noobs to the range they love the EZ. They start getting used to it and want that extra rounds like with the Glock, but they don’t like the heavy Blocky Glock, let alone the P223 I have. So plz give us extended mags!!!!

    I love my EZ but the 8 round mag is a drag. I picked up one of these to try it out and it works like a charm. You do lose the last round lock back functionality, but that is mentioned in the description. I'll take that tradeoff! Liked it so much I picked up another one as well as the optic mount.

    Innovative company I believe the first to come up with this well. In case you missed it you need to remove the loading tab for this to work. Tho I hope their next project is making an aftermarket magazine or just the metal so the loading tab will work with this. But as they are the ONLY company to go this far with such a new gun I'd be crazy not to give them a 5 star.
