What does OEM mean and how will it affect my Bodyguard 2.0 spring? How can I be notified when these springs are back in stock?

OEM is Original Equipment. It is the stock rate. Please email debbie@gallowayprecision.com for notification once we have these back in stock.

Purchased Guide rod and spring kit for my Bodyguard 2.0 . It installed and racks the slide nicely , my only question I have is when the pistol is closed the guide rod tip pertrudes out a hair below the barrel and seems to wiggle around a bit .. Shouldnt it be more flush .. Is this normal ??

That is normal, it is the same length as stock.

When will this recoil spring be back in stock
    And available for purchase?

We are slated to run more rods shortly on our cnc machines, they sold out much faster than expected.

Any idea why my slide doesn't seat completely forward when manually manipulating the slide while your guide rod is installed?

That would indicate your not releasing the slide from the rear fully, riding the slide down, or you have oversize cartridges.

Do you know how long the expected lifespan of these springs are vs. OEM springs, and what the recommended replacement intervals would be?

You can't give a x number before replacement due to use. We PM pistols yearly for LE agencies to keep them up with new pistols and I recommend PM on all defensive pistols every 12-24 months regardless of use just like LE standards.
