Sig P320 Full Size Stainless Guide Rod and Recoil Spring
Full length over sized to work with our included recoil spring. This unit is slightly heavier than stock and will not rust. Includes recoil spring in 18lb or 22lb spring rates, factory spring rate is 20lb. Recoil springs are made by ISMI for us for this project and will last around 20,000-25,000 rounds like stock springs. Our Recoil Springs are made for us by ISMI, a leader in the spring market here in the U.S.A, to our specifications. Made from Chrome Silicon Spring Wire, the only choice for a longer lasting, more enjoyable shooting experience verses inferior Music Wire springs.

Which spring rate is better for suppressed use?
Feb 19, 2021, 10:03The rate will depend on the barrel length and the suppressor weight. I suggest contacting the suppressor maker for their input on your specific pistol and barrel length. Any suggestions on my part would be, forgive the pun, a shot in the dark.

I am converting a 9mm X5 to 357 Sig. The conversion is with a 4.7" barrel. Is this the correct length guide rod and what # spring do you recommend?
